The Chief Program Officer (CPO) is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing, scaling, and advancing all programmatic efforts at The Luc Cochran Foundation (TLCF). Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the CPO will provide strategic vision and operational leadership to ensure TLCF’s tutoring, mentorship, and job readiness programs continue to empower youth and strengthen communities across Atlanta and beyond.
This role is ideal for an experienced nonprofit leader who combines program management expertise with a passion for education, equity, and youth development.
