🛠 What You’ll Do

• Assist with recruitment processes, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
• Support onboarding and offboarding for team members
• Maintain HR records, track employee data, and prepare reports
• Help implement HR initiatives and process improvements
• Respond to team member questions and support HR communications
• Document workflows and assist with ad-hoc HR projects
