    Description

Be a friend to a child! Become a mentor!

You are needed to become a friend to a child who wants to learn from you!

Be matched with youth aged 8-17 as a one-to-one mentor. You'll pick up your "Little" at their home and explore fun activities together in the community. Think of yourself as a supportive friend and role model, to empower a young person and offer encouragement.

The commitment is for at least 12 months, with regular meetings (2-4 hours per month) to build a strong relationship. Through interaction, engagement, and mentorship, you can make a lasting impact on your Little's life. Remember, the time you invest is the most important gift you can give!

So we recommend low-to-no cost activities: hit the library, playground, or Metroparks for a walk or hike. You can also explore museums, grab some ice cream, catch a festival, or come up with your own activity!

Must be age 21+ with a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
