    Description

    Med/Nursing Student Opportunity

Many students, especially in the healthcare industry, are looking to gain direct patient care volunteer hours for their degree. Hospice is a great fit to make that happen. We provide exactly what a healthcare student needs to fulfill those hours for their degree! The patients and families are extremely grateful to have volunteers. We provide students with the opportunity to make a difference in the life of a terminally ill patient and the experience of working at end-of-life care. You can decide to see patients and provide them with much needed companionship, or you can help assist the office staff with administrative work! You can also create your own schedule and work as many hours as you would like! If you are interested please reach out. Not only will you gain hours for a degree, you will also have an experience that you can only get in hospice and end of life care.
