    Description

    Our Skills Training and Empowerment Program (STEP) allows volunteers to support domestic violence survivors with varying work abilities and employment histories. As a STEP volunteer, you will assist our clients with building resumes, computer skills, job searches, and interview skills. Volunteers who complete our training commit to a minimum of 2 clients each with 3 sessions per client.
