    Who We Are

At Creshendo, we believe everyone deserves the chance to belong, rebuild, and rise. In partnership with displaced communities, we co-create solutions by listening deeply, collaborating intentionally, and centering lived experience.

Driven by integrity, empathy, and curiosity, we design bold, inclusive programs that reimagine what’s possible for immigrant and refugee communities everywhere. If you’re passionate about challenging the status quo and driving meaningful change, you’ll feel right at home here.

    Why This Role Matters

Curriculum is more than information—it’s a bridge to confidence, belonging, and opportunity. As our Curriculum Editor, you’ll help ensure that the resources we provide are not only accurate and clear, but also culturally relevant and empowering. By refining curriculum and adapting it into engaging visual formats, you’ll directly support immigrant and refugee communities as they navigate life in the U.S.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • You’ll review and edit curriculum materials in both English and Spanish, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and cultural relevance.
    • You’ll collaborate with our team to refine and adapt content based on community feedback.
    • You’ll create visual presentations (using Canva or similar tools), helping make workshops and trainings more engaging.
    • You’ll ensure consistency in tone, look, and style across all curriculum materials.

    What You Bring

    • A mindset for creative problem-solving. You enjoy trying new things.
    • Openness to diverse perspectives. You know the best ideas come from collaboration.
    • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
    • 6 months to 1 year of experience in writing, editing, communications, or related fields (students and recent graduates encouraged to apply).
    • Familiarity with Canva (basic or advanced). Training can be provided if needed.
    • Strong attention to detail and enthusiasm for editing, writing, and visual storytelling.
    • Availability of 5–10 hours per week for at least 5 months.

    What You’ll Gain

    • Hands-on experience in curriculum editing and visual content adaptation.
    • Skill-building in cross-cultural communication and community-centered curriculum development.
    • A direct role in supporting immigrant and refugee communities through meaningful resources.
    • Collaboration with a passionate, mission-driven global team.

    How We Work

We operate with a G.Y.S.T. mindset: clarity over chaos, consistency over perfection, action over ego. If you’re someone who follows through, communicates clearly, and cares about doing things well, you’ll feel right at home here.
