    Description

    NEWSLETTER STAFF CONTRIBUTOR - Volunteer from home...and your keyboard!

    • Help to create content for the monthly regional volunteer newsletter and upload it onto SWAY, the online newsletter platform.
    • Research and write human interest stories, as assigned.
    • Assist in editing stories submitted by other volunteers and paid staff.
    • Conduct outreach and collaborate with all departments to ensure content reflects the diversity, commitment and extraordinary dedication of our workforce.
    • Pull data and links from Red Cross's volunteer management system, Volunteer Connection.
    • Upload stories, photos and artwork into SWAY to create a visually appealing newsletter.
    • Work with Newsletter Coordinator, departments and other newsletter team members to identify stories and/or people to highlight.
