    Description

Calling 40 Changemakers: Mentor a Rising Star

HFS Chicago Scholars is a Chicago-based nonprofit organization that supports the educational aspirations of underserved Chicago high school students. Through our three programs (academic excellence, college readiness and lifelong mentorship) we provide vital resources inside and outside the classroom.

We are looking for 40 dedicated professionals from the Chicago community to provide individualized mentorship to our scholars. Mentors offer advice, support and feedback throughout all of high school. Mentors are required to check-in with their scholars once a month and attend a couple of HFS sponsored events each school year.
