Fundraising and Volunteer Opportunities - Milwaukee

We are a non-profit organization called Making Dreams Reality. We are providing the opportunity to raise funds by working in concessions at special events in the surrounding area. We are currently looking to build a team in the area. Is your organization interested in reaching out to your members and local organizations to assist on this endeavor?

The main points of involvement would be the following:

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Concession Stand Operations: Assist in preparing and serving food and beverages, handling transactions, and maintaining cleanliness at assigned concession stands.
2. Training: The stadium will provide necessary training, in person or online.
3. Team Leads: Given the size of your group, team leads will be identified to coordinate with our staff and ensure smooth operations during the events.

Schedule

• Event Availability: Volunteers are expected to be available on the day of the event. A schedule will be developed in coordination with your group to ensure sufficient coverage for each event.
• Minimum Commitment: We ask that volunteers commit to working events throughout the season, with flexibility in scheduling to accommodate availability.
