    Description

    Internship Coordinator

    Internship coordinators are responsible for managing the internship programs at their organization. Their responsibilities include:

    • Developing and implementing an internship program
    • Reviewing and approving internship applications
    • Preparing students for the internship experience and supervising students
    • Helping students refine internship goals
    • Addressing problems and concerns that may develop between students and supervisors
    • Recruiting, interviewing and selecting qualified interns
    • Creating and monitoring internship programs
    • Providing guidance and support to interns
