Our lives are not measured by what we get, but by what we give. If you have a natural gift for empathy and want to make a difference, we can help you be a force for good in the lives of those most in need.
Here are just some of the things our volunteers are doing that make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families: Hold a hand, share a story Listen, read, or sing Run errands Share flowers, bake, or garden Provide administrative support.
To become a volunteer, all you need is a compassionate heart. Our volunteer training will teach you everything you need to know to be a companion for someone during their end-of-life journey.
NO medical experience is needed as volunteers DO NOT perform nursing duties or dispense medication. If you are ready to become a volunteer, please click the "I Want to Help" button or call the Volunteer Coordinator at (386) 597-6306.
