The Community Team Committee focuses on engaging families, clubs, sports teams, faith groups, and neighborhood organizations. Members help these groups form walk teams, learn about Make-A-Wish, and feel excited about participating. This committee is ideal for volunteers who enjoy community-building, connecting with diverse groups, and encouraging people to come together for a meaningful cause.

We are gearing up for one of the most meaningful events of the year: Walk for Wishes El Paso, happening on May 17, 2026 at The Shoppes at Solana. This walk and run is more than a fundraiser. It is a celebration of hope, joy, and the strength of our community as we come together to support local children facing critical illnesses.

This year, we are dreaming big. We believe this event can become one of the largest and most magical walk and run experiences in our region. To make that happen, we are searching for passionate volunteer leaders who want to help bring this vision to life.

Volunteer Leaders Needed for the 2026 Walk for Wishes Committee

We are looking for committed, mission-driven individuals who want to take an active role in growing this event. Committee members will help us elevate the fun, increase the magic, deepen our connection with Wish Kids, and welcome more attendees than ever before.
