    Description

    Client Follow-Up Administrator (Remote Volunteer)

    Organization: My New House

    Location: 100% Remote

    Time Commitment: Flexible | Weekly virtual meeting required

    My New House is seeking compassionate and reliable volunteers to support our client follow-up and case management efforts. This is a fully remote role where volunteers serve as the consistent point of contact for clients and provide ongoing support and follow-ups.

    Our nonprofit assists individuals and families with low-income housing applications, utility assistance, government cash aid, food delivery programs, and transportation resources.

    Volunteer Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
    • Conduct client follow-ups via phone, email, and virtual platforms
    • Assist clients with completing forms and gathering required documentation online
    • Support affordable housing and public assistance applications
    • Coordinate referrals with community partners
    • Maintain accurate and confidential client records
    • Participate in one virtual team meeting per week

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Easygoing, patient, and client-centered
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
    • Background or interest in social work, psychology, counseling, or related fields
    • Spanish is a plus

    Requirements

    • Live Scan background check required (no criminal record)
    • Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards

    Position Details:

    Location: Remote work with the flexibility to work from home

    • Requirements: Must have access to a personal laptop; corporate email will be provided
    • Time Commitment: Flexible hours, with regular check-ins as needed
    • Volunteer Status: This is a volunteer position with opportunities for personal and professional growth
    • Training and ongoing support
    • Internship/fieldwork hours accepted
