    Job Summary

    We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Staff member to be the welcoming face of our organization.     Responsibilities

    • Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued
    • Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel with excellent phone etiquette
    • Handle appointment scheduling and calendar management using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications
    • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and support office operations
    • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track invoices and payments
    • Support office management duties such as organizing supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the front desk area is professional and inviting
    • Provide customer support by answering inquiries promptly and professionally, both in person and via phone or email

    Skills

    • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Demonstrated clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management
    • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and strong communication abilities
    • Bilingual capabilities are highly valued for assisting diverse client populations
    • Experience with office management tasks such as calendar coordination, time management, and office supply inventory control
    • Familiarity with front desk procedures in medical or dental settings is a plus but not required
    • Knowledge of phone etiquette standards and multi-line phone systems for seamless communication
