    Description

    Project Management Volunteer

We are seeking project managers to support teams of asynchronous volunteers working across dozens of projects in our organization.

We currently have project managers leading our Grants team, UX Designers, some of our communications sub-teams. But rather than have "volunteer coordinators," project managers can help keep tasks, projects and groups on track using Slack, Google Docs, Monday.com and other project management tools.

    Background:

Disaster Accountability Project is a volunteer-powered organization. Launched after Hurricane Katrina to improve effectiveness, accountability, transparency and equity in disaster relief / humanitarian aid, the organization's top program is SmartResponse.org, a global platform helps make sure more funds reach locally-led and last-mile organizations around the world.
