Do You Want to Bring Smiles to People Who Need Them? Do you have a therapy animal?

Compassionate Care Hospice in Bedminster is asking for volunteers with certified, licensed and well behave therapy pets to visit our end of life patients. The presence of animlas heals our hearts, beings back memories of all those special companions we have had through out our lives. Simple petting or snuggling of animals brings calm and quiet connection. Sometimes animals understand what we need better than other humans. If this type of volunteering speaks to you we would love to have you. Sometimes the visits are in homes and sometimes you can see a few patients in a facility. We promise that the smiles you collect will fill your cup full of joy.

We just ask that you are over 18, in US and go through our certification training as well as a background check and some health information.
