    Description

    What You’ll Do:

    • Work one-on-one with an English learning student to improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
    • Tailor lessons to the learner’s level and goals (conversational English, job interviews, etc.).
    • Offer encouragement, consistency, and kindness.
    • Sessions are conducted remotely via Zoom, Google Meet, or a similar platform.

    Qualifications:

    • No formal teaching experience required - just a strong command of English and a desire to help.
    • Patience, empathy, and cultural sensitivity are key.
    • Experience with refugees, immigrants, ESL learners, or tutoring is a plus but not required.
    • Must be 18+.
