    Description

    Role Overview:

    The Fundraising Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the financial health and growth of our ministry. This volunteer leads the planning, organization, and execution of fundraising activities to help secure resources for our events, programs, and ongoing mission.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement fundraising strategies and campaigns
    • Coordinate fundraising events and initiatives
    • Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners
    • Track donations, pledges, and fundraising progress
    • Collaborate with ministry leaders to align fundraising goals with ministry needs
    • Assist with grant research and application efforts
    • Promote fundraising opportunities through church communications and social media
    • Ensure transparent and ethical handling of all fundraising activities

    Qualifications:

    • Passion for the ministry’s mission and values
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Experience with fundraising, event planning, or donor relations preferred but not required
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Basic computer skills for tracking and communications
