4T’s – Teaching Teens to Think empowers students to dream bigger and achieve more by providing real-world tools, mentorship, and hands-on experiences. Through dynamic workshops, career preparation programs, and entrepreneurial training, we help teens re-engage in school, discover their strengths, and build actionable plans for success in education, business, and life.

Location: Remote / Hybrid (with some in-person meetings and events as needed)

Position Summary
Reporting to the President and working closely with executive, marketing, and program teams, this role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing fundraising initiatives across partnerships, grants, events, and digital campaigns.

This internship is well-suited for undergraduate students majoring in (or interested in) nonprofit management, public policy, communications, business, marketing, sociology, education, or related fields. Students from other majors with a strong interest in nonprofit work and social impact are also encouraged to apply.
