Campaign for Working Families (CWF) offers its Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program throughout Philadelphia, New York City, and New Jersey. The VITA initiative has established a network of community-based tax sites, that provide free tax preparation services to low-to-moderate income individuals and families.
