Are you a talented Graphic Designer driven by the desire to use visual design to communicate powerful spiritual truths? Do you excel at translating complex ideas into clear, engaging graphics across digital and print platforms? Greater IMPACT Church is seeking a dedicated Graphic Designer (Volunteer) to create compelling visual assets that powerfully reflect our mission to Connect, Engage, and Serve a global audience.
What You'll Do:
- Design Execution: Design and produce high-quality visual assets, including social media graphics, website banners, sermon series logos, print handouts, and event promotional materials.
- Brand Application: Apply and strictly adhere to the church's existing visual brand guidelines (color palette, typography, logo usage) to ensure a consistent and professional identity across all media.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the Communications and Ministry teams to understand design requests and translate abstract ministry themes into visually effective graphics.
- Asset Management: Prepare final design files for both digital and print output, ensuring correct resolutions, color modes, and file types are delivered for each platform.
- Timely Delivery: Manage assigned design requests and revisions efficiently, ensuring all materials are delivered on time for scheduled services and promotional launches.
What We're Looking For:
- Design Proficiency: Proven experience and proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar) and a strong understanding of graphic design principles (layout, color theory, typography).
- Portfolio Required: A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of graphic design work (digital and/or print) is required to assess technical skill and visual style.
- Organizational Prowess: Excellent organization and self-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple design requests simultaneously and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous commitment to accuracy, ensuring all designs are free of errors and are technically prepared for their intended final medium.
- Heart for Ministry: A deep desire to use the power of design to share the Gospel and advance Kingdom work, with a commitment to biblical principles in communication.
