    Description

    This UI/UX Designer role requires experience in designing digital products, with a focus on utilizing Figma for wireframing, high-fidelity prototyping, and design systems. The candidate will collaborate with engineering teams for smooth handoffs, apply user-centered design principles for web/mobile, and iterate based on user feedback.

    Job Responsibilities:

      • Design & Prototype: Create intuitive, user-centric interfaces (high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, user flows) specifically using Figma.
      • Design Systems: Build and maintain component libraries and design systems in Figma for consistency.
      • Collaboration: Work with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into technical, functional designs, ensuring smooth developer handoffs.
      • User Research & Testing: Gather user feedback, analyze usability findings, and incorporate data into design improvements.
      • Iterative Design: Rapidly iterate on designs, troubleshoot UX problems, and refine visual elements.

    Requirements:

      • Experience: 2–4 years in UI/UX or product design.
      • Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Prototyping).
      • Skills: Strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design, user experience principles, and UI design standards.
      • Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating real-world UI/UX projects.
      • Communication: Ability to present design concepts, accept feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    Preferred Skills:

      • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch.
      • Understanding of HTML/CSS for developer handoff.
      • Experience with UX research methodologies.
