Helping the Hopeless is a growing 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving underserved families, seniors, veterans, and foster youth throughout the Antelope Valley. As we expand our warehouse distribution and community partnerships, we are strengthening our operational infrastructure to support long-term sustainability and measurable impact.
We are seeking an experienced Interim Program Manager to provide strategic oversight and operational guidance during this growth phase. This volunteer leadership role is ideal for a seasoned nonprofit professional who is comfortable refining systems, improving workflows, and helping position an organization for scalable growth.

This is a volunteer leadership role during our foundational phase. If funding is secured and the engagement proves to be a strong mutual fit, there may be an opportunity for a paid position in the future. Compensation is not guaranteed and is contingent upon funding availability.
