    Description

    The Premier Foundation Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on housing stabilization, resource navigation, and community resilience. We are seeking committed Board Members to provide governance, fiduciary oversight, and strategic leadership as the organization scales programs and secures multi-year funding.

    Board members serve a two-year term, meet quarterly (remote-friendly), and act as ambassadors for the mission. This is a working governance board focused on impact, accountability, and long-term sustainability.
