Description
This will be at the patient's home. We are looking for someone to visit with patients and to give caregivers a chance to simply be a person.
You must be at least 18 and be able to drive with your name on the car insurance. Once I receive your application, I will email you permission request to perform a background check and set you up for drug screening.
