    Description

    • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing strategies to promote events, programs, and organizational initiatives.
    • Manage event promotions across multiple channels, including social media, email campaigns, websites, and print materials.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth event logistics and consistent messaging.
    • Conduct market research and analyze audience engagement to optimize event attendance and impact.
    • Create promotional content such as newsletters, flyers, and social media posts tailored to target audiences.
    • Monitor and report on event performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvement and future campaigns.
    • Support on-site event management when needed, assisting with registration, setup, and attendee engagement.
    • Ensure branding and messaging are consistent across all promotional materials and communications.

    Who We're Looking For:

    • Minimum age: 12
    • Passionate about volunteering and open to learning new skills and softwares
    • Complete training prior to start date
    • Can commit to the shift schedule

    Bonus Skills:

    • Fluency/high proficiency in a language other than English
    • Previous volunteer experience
