    Description

    New Horizons is looking for small groups (2-3 people) or individuals to come in once or twice a month, Monday - Friday between 8:30am - 10:30am to prepare or provide hot and cold breakfast items for 30 - 35 young adults. Breakfast items include eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes or hash browns, pancakes, hot and cold cereals, fruit, muffins, juice and milk. Groups or individuals will work directly with breakfast staff on menu selection and meal preparation. Breakfast is served Monday - Friday from 9:30am - 10:30am.

    Volunteer group leaders will be required to obtain a Washington State Food Handler's Card that will be kept on file. A link to the website will be provided to group leaders by the Volunteer & Food Service Manager. The group leader along with the Food Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the group or individual adheres to the food handling guidelines.
