Through transformational workshops, cohort programs, and community events, we equip women with the tools and support they need to lead with confidence and purpose.

    Role Overview

    We are seeking a highly organized and people-centered Volunteer Coordinator to help build and support our growing volunteer community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with others, creating structure, and helping mission-driven programs run smoothly. You will play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, and supporting volunteers who contribute to our events and initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Recruit and communicate with new volunteers
    • Assist with volunteer onboarding and orientation
    • Coordinate volunteer schedules for virtual programs and events
    • Maintain volunteer records and contact lists
    • Support internal communication between volunteers and leadership
    • Help ensure volunteers feel appreciated and engaged
    • Assist with developing simple volunteer processes and guidelines
    • Provide feedback to leadership on volunteer needs and improvements

    Qualifications

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Organized and dependable
    • Comfortable working remotely and independently
    • Basic familiarity with email, Google Workspace, or similar tools
    • Passion for community building and women’s empowerment
    • Prior volunteer coordination experience is a plus (not required)
