The Bots Give Back Collegiate Network (BGBCN) is the philanthropic arm of Bots & Brains Insights. We are a national movement of student-led chapters working to democratize access to AI-powered fundraising tools for underfunded nonprofits. Our motto: Lead Locally. Impact Nationally.
Position Overview
We’re seeking a passionate and motivated National Recruiter to help expand BGBCN’s presence across U.S. college campuses. As a recruiter, you’ll be on the frontlines of growing our movement — reaching out to students, building relationships with universities, and helping Affiliates and Chapters launch nationwide.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of BGBCN while gaining real-world experience in recruitment, nonprofit development, and national movement-building.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with student leaders at colleges/universities across the country.
- Promote BGBCN Affiliate and Chapter opportunities via email, social media, and campus networks.
- Conduct virtual info sessions and presentations for prospective student leaders.
- Support Affiliates in transitioning into full chapters.
- Track recruitment efforts and report progress to BGBCN National HQ.
- Represent BGBCN with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Qualifications
- Current or recent college student preferred (all majors welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for social impact, nonprofit work, and/or student leadership.
- Comfortable with outreach (email, LinkedIn, social platforms).
- Self-motivated, organized, and reliable.
