    About Us

The Bots Give Back Collegiate Network (BGBCN) is the philanthropic arm of Bots & Brains Insights. We are a national movement of student-led chapters working to democratize access to AI-powered fundraising tools for underfunded nonprofits. Our motto: Lead Locally. Impact Nationally.

    Position Overview

We’re seeking a passionate and motivated National Recruiter to help expand BGBCN’s presence across U.S. college campuses. As a recruiter, you’ll be on the frontlines of growing our movement — reaching out to students, building relationships with universities, and helping Affiliates and Chapters launch nationwide.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of BGBCN while gaining real-world experience in recruitment, nonprofit development, and national movement-building.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and connect with student leaders at colleges/universities across the country.
    • Promote BGBCN Affiliate and Chapter opportunities via email, social media, and campus networks.
    • Conduct virtual info sessions and presentations for prospective student leaders.
    • Support Affiliates in transitioning into full chapters.
    • Track recruitment efforts and report progress to BGBCN National HQ.
    • Represent BGBCN with professionalism and enthusiasm.

    Qualifications

    • Current or recent college student preferred (all majors welcome).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Passion for social impact, nonprofit work, and/or student leadership.
    • Comfortable with outreach (email, LinkedIn, social platforms).
    • Self-motivated, organized, and reliable.

    Benefits for Volunteers

    • Gain hands-on experience in student recruitment, nonprofit expansion, and movement-building.
    • Build your resume with national-level leadership experience.
    • Network with students, nonprofit leaders, and changemakers across the country.
    • Receive mentorship and training from the BGBCN National team.
    • Play a critical role in launching new chapters that support underfunded nonprofits.
