    Description

    York Region Educational Services (YRES) is dedicated to leading community volunteerism as a proud recipient of Canada's Volunteer Award, through providing a wide range of volunteer positions in communities in the Greater Vancouver Area, Greater Toronto Area, Ottawa, and Alberta. We are looking for a Library Info Booth Volunteer—someone devoted to giving back to their community, making an impact, and who loves the library.

    The Library Info Booth Volunteer is responsible for:

    • Building excitement surrounding reading, books, and the library
    • Staying fully informed and updated to ensure that you are giving out accurate information
    • Creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone
    • Arriving on time
