Role Description

The Program Manager (Volunteer Opportunity) plays a vital role in Outcome School’s mission. In this remote volunteer position, you will oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of programs designed to support young people of color in developing their technological and entrepreneurial skills. The Program Manager will collaborate with a team of volunteers, facilitate community partnerships, monitor project timelines, and ensure program goals are met. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating program curriculums, organizing workshops, and ensuring impactful engagement with program participants.

Qualifications

• Strong program management, time management, and organizational skills
• Experience in event planning, curriculum development, or workshop coordination
• Effective communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities
• Interest or background in technology, entrepreneurship, or non-profit work
• Ability to work effectively in remote teams and demonstrate self-motivation
• Experience working with diverse or underrepresented communities is a plus
• Passion for empowering youth through education and skill-building initiatives
