Position Overview

The Beta Small Groups Training & Support Coordinator will equip, coach, and troubleshoot for Sync with God’s online small group leaders during the beta phase of our digital discipleship initiative. • Feedback Loops: Gather and synthesize input from small group leaders to improve training materials and online group systems.
