    Description

    Adopt-A-Road in Sammamish

    The City of Sammamish currently has several roads available for adoption. Adopters are required to host 2 cleanups per year to qualify for & retain a nameplate with their organization or group name.

    Requirements:

    • minimum two member/participants (for safety)
    • participants must be 14 or over (except with written consent from the city)
    • all participants are required to sign a waiver and consent form
    • youth groups must have a group leader that is aged 18+ who is able to sign the agreement form
    • adopters must commit to doing 2 cleanups per year to retain sign

    How to Apply

    Please fill out an interest form and we will let you know what routes are available. Please note, most hi-visibility routes along main roads (228th Ave, SE 8th St, Sammamish Parkway, etc.) have already been adopted. However, if you are seriously interested in adopting a specific road, please note the road in your interest form and we will place you on a waitlist and you will be informed if it ever becomes available.
