Help People Take Their Next Step in Faith!

Are you passionate about helping others grow in their relationship with Jesus? Do you love seeing people find community, purpose, and transformation through faith?

If so, Greater IMPACT Church is looking for you!

We’re seeking a caring and organized IMPACT Coordinator to help guide our guests as they take their next steps — whether that’s joining an IMPACT Group, connecting in an Anchor Group, or preparing for baptism.

This is a remote volunteer opportunity that lets you make a real spiritual difference — right from where you are.

What You’ll Do:

As an IMPACT Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly face (or inbox!) that helps guests move from watching to belonging. You will:

• Connect with new guests and help them discover their next step in faith.
• Coordinate sign-ups for IMPACT Groups, Anchor Groups, and baptisms.
• Work closely with ministry leaders to ensure each guest feels welcomed and supported.
• Keep track of guest follow-ups and engagement using simple online tools.
• Celebrate each person’s journey — from first visit to full connection!

What You Bring:

• A heart for serving and helping others grow in Christ.
• Friendly, compassionate, and great at communication.
• Organized and reliable — you love seeing things through!
• Comfortable using email, forms, and online platforms (training provided).
• Previous ministry or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.
