✨ Role Summary We want everyone at The JJ Center to have the tools they need to succeed. We are looking for three Learning & Support Volunteers to help manage our community resources. This is a calm, behind-the-scenes role where you work as a team to organize our training videos, guides, and surveys so that learning is easy and fun for everyone.
What You’ll Do (Shared with your Squad):
- Organizing the Library: Keep our training videos and "how-to" guides organized in Google Drive or listed in our Slack Channel so they are easy to find.
- Friendly Reminders: Work with your team to send out emails to the community about required trainings or upcoming learning sessions.
- Listening & Feedback: Help send out and monitor simple surveys to see how we can make our trainings even better.
- Support Updates: Help keep a simple record of which volunteers have completed their initial orientation or training.
Qualities We’re Looking For:
- Helpful Spirit: You like supporting others and making their "work-life" easier.
- Consistency: You are reliable with sending out reminders and checking folders.
- Collaborative: You are happy to split up tasks so the work stays light for everyone.
- Creative: Draft emails to send to the community highlighting some trainings.
