    About Cavikas:

    Cavikas is a nonprofit building community and healing through the art of Argentine Tango.

    Role Overview:

    We’re seeking a results-driven Development & Fundraising Partner to build donor relationships and secure funding for growth. This is a founding role—your efforts will directly shape our future sustainability.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create and execute fundraising strategies
    • Cultivate donor, sponsor, and community relationships
    • Identify and apply for grants
    • Plan fundraising campaigns and events
    • Partner with founder on donor communications and reporting

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Experience in fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit development
    • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
    • Ability to think creatively about funding opportunities
    • Passion for mission-driven work

    Commitment: Part-time, flexible hours. Remote with some local presence preferred.
