Help support Spectrum’s largest fundraiser of the year by assisting with parking operations during the Duluth Fall Festival. Volunteers play a key role in ensuring a safe, organized, and welcoming experience for festival guests.
Traffic & Parking Guidance
- Greet attendees and direct them to available parking spots
- Collect $20 parking fees in cash or via QR Code (cash bags and QR signs provided)
- Maintain steady traffic flow by signaling and coordinating vehicle movement
- Share parking guidelines (e.g., no blocking driveways, accessible parking areas)
Parking Area Management
- Monitor and manage all 5 driveway/entry points
- Set up signage and traffic cones at shift start
- Prevent congestion and address inappropriate parking
Desired Qualities & Skills
- Friendly and able to give clear verbal directions
- Comfortable standing and working outdoors for extended periods
- Alert, observant, and adaptable to changing conditions
- Willing to complete the full assigned shift
- Vehicle-directing experience is helpful, but not required
