    PACE Volunteers must comply with Bluegrass Care Navigators Employee Health infectious disease and vaccination policies including: TB screenings, blood test for proof of immunities, drug screening, and physical exam or risk assessment provided free.

    Description

    PACE stands for "Program of All-Inclusive Care of the Elderly". The Bluegrass PACE Care Program helps people ages 55 and up meet their health care needs and avoid going into a nursing home. To learn more about PACE click here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w4rUG0H1DXs

    How can you make a difference at the PACE center?

    • Socialize with participants.
    • Help with crafts.
    • Assist with recreational activities like calling Bingo.

    Volunteers are needed at 1 pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday to help with recreational activities.
