    Description

    • Provide administrative and program support including scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence.
    • Assist in planning, organizing, and delivering programs by preparing materials, resources, and activity spaces.
    • Support staff, volunteers, and instructors in implementing program activities and ensuring smooth operations.
    • Track participant attendance, engagement, and progress, maintaining accurate records for reporting purposes.
    • Communicate with participants, families, and stakeholders to provide program information and updates.
    • Assist with events, workshops, and special initiatives to enhance program delivery and participant experience.
    • Maintain organized files, supplies, and resources to support program efficiency and quality.
    • Contribute to program evaluation and improvement by providing feedback and observations to staff.

    Who We're Looking For:

    • Minimum age: 12
    • Passionate about volunteering and open to learning new skills and softwares
    • Complete training prior to start date
    • Can commit to the shift schedule

    Bonus Skills:

    • Fluency/high proficiency in a language other than English
    • Previous volunteer experience
