    Description

    About us

We connect music and medicine—funding adaptive concerts, patient navigation, short films, and research partnerships.

    Role snapshot

Own top-of-funnel outreach and lightweight pipeline management to hit our Amplify Fund ($50k) and project sponsorships.

    Time & term

    3–6 hrs/week • 6 months (renewable) • Remote-first (DFW welcome)

    What you’ll do

    • Build a Top-50 prospect list (individuals, foundations, local businesses).
    • Send 10 quality outreaches/week; book intro calls; keep notes current.
    • Package sponsorships (concert, short film, podcast episode); track deliverables.
    • Support GivingTuesday / year-end & monthly sustainers; light copy for emails/social.

    Day-1 tools

Google Workspace, Givebutter (campaign pages + QR), simple CRM sheet (Neon later), templates.

You’ll be great at this if…

    • Comfortable writing short, warm outreach; organized follow-ups; loves moving people to “yes.”
    • Partnership mindset with small businesses and community orgs; basic analytics for “what’s working.”

    Accessibility & inclusion

We adapt roles and pacing; accommodations gladly provided with notice.

    30/60/90 success

    • 30 days: Top-50 built; 20 outreaches sent; 3 calls booked.
    • 60 days: 2 sponsorships in pipeline; $10k in pending/pledged; campaign pages refreshed.
    • 90 days: $25k+ combined gifts/pledges; sponsor fulfillment checklist in place.
