Position Overview

We are seeking a Technical Systems & CRM Coordinator to support the behind-the-scenes technology that powers our organization. This role is ideal for someone with experience in Salesforce or CRM platforms, website management, and digital systems who wants to use their skills to support a mission-driven organization.

This position plays a critical role in helping She’s Going Places scale sustainably by improving systems, workflows, and data organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support setup, configuration, and maintenance of our CRM system (Salesforce or similar)
• Assist with building and managing forms, automations, and workflows
• Support database organization for contacts, donors, volunteers, and programs
• Help integrate website forms with CRM and email platforms
• Assist with basic website updates and troubleshooting
• Support data tracking for programs, grants, and outreach efforts
• Provide recommendations for improving technical systems and efficiency

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
• Familiarity with nonprofit systems, donor databases, or membership platforms
• Basic understanding of web tools (WordPress, forms, integrations, etc.)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with digital tools
• Interest in social impact, women’s empowerment, or nonprofit work

Prior nonprofit experience is a plus but not required.
