    Description

    Nourish Network is TLCF’s direct support initiative, helping underserved families gain access to nutritious food, baby supplies, hygiene products, and seasonal essentials. Our mission is simple: meet the need, with dignity.

    The Outbound Leads & Food Partnerships Manager plays a central role in connecting our program to families and partners by handling both outreach and sourcing support. You’ll help grow our impact by expanding our community referral network and forming relationships with local businesses, food donors, and wholesalers.
