IT For Youth Ghana is a nonprofit organization committed to bridging the digital gender gap by empowering girls and young people with coding, digital literacy, and entrepreneurial skills. Through our Girls Coding & Digital Skills Clubs, we are creating pathways into STEM education, freelancing, and entrepreneurship for underserved communities across Ghana.

We are seeking passionate female university students, graduates, or professionals to serve as volunteer trainers and mentors in our Girls Coding & Digital Skills Clubs. Volunteers will:

This volunteer opportunity spans across multiple regions in Ghana. Volunteers should be open to traveling to various locations, with support provided for accommodations and transportation.
