    About the Project

The Guru-Vandanam Project under Vandanam Foundation aims to integrate values and sanskar-based education from the womb to adulthood, combining ancient Indian wisdom with 21st-century skills and scientific understanding.

The first phase begins with the Garbh Sanskar Program — a research-based initiative focused on the real science, reasoning, and holistic knowledge of prenatal development. The program seeks to connect ancient Bharatiya philosophies with modern neuroscience, psychology, and prenatal sciences.

    Role Overview

The Program Development Manager will lead the research, design, and development of the Garbh Sanskar Program within a two-month timeframe. The role requires a balance of analytical thinking, scientific reasoning, and sensitivity to traditional knowledge systems. After the program launch, the manager will continue on a shared incentive model during the implementation phase.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct research on Garbh Sanskar across traditional texts, Ayurveda, psychology, and neuroscience.
    • Synthesize traditional wisdom with modern science to form a credible and research-backed framework.
    • Design a structured program including modules, content, and delivery mechanisms.
    • Develop learning materials, facilitator manuals, and participant resources.
    • Coordinate with subject experts, advisors, and internal teams during development.
    • Ensure timely completion, documentation, and readiness for program launch.
    • Support pilot testing and post-launch implementation.

    Qualifications

    • Background in Education, Psychology, Ayurveda, Neuroscience, or related research disciplines.
    • Strong research, analytical, and program design skills.
    • Good understanding or interest in Indian Knowledge Systems and holistic education.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proven ability to work independently and manage timelines.

    Personal Attributes

    • Research-oriented and disciplined in approach.
    • Respectful of both science and tradition.
    • Innovative thinker with a structured mindset.
    • Committed to quality and timely delivery.

    Engagement Terms

    • Development Phase: Volunteer (Unpaid), duration of 1 months.
    • Post-launch Phase: Shared incentive model during program operations.
    • Potential for continued engagement within the Guru-Vandanam Project on related initiatives.
