Description
Junior Achievement (JA) volunteers for our "JA in a Day" program support elementary students in grades K–5 by bringing JA’s three pillars—financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship—to life in the classroom. Volunteers teach three to five age-appropriate, hands-on, and interactive lessons during a half-day experience at the school.
Learning materials and training is provided. No teaching experience is required; volunteers simply share their real-world knowledge, enthusiasm, and heart for the community while helping students make meaningful connections between school and the world around them.
