The Content Writing Manager will lead our content team in creating engaging, creative, and impactful written material for Kindle Hub’s platforms. This role requires someone who can oversee writers, ensure quality and consistency, and bring fresh ideas that align with our vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide the content writing team in producing blogs, articles, captions, and other written material.
- Edit and proofread content to maintain high-quality standards.
- Develop content strategies that match Kindle Hub’s goals and campaigns.
- Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for social media and other platforms.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, event teams, and other departments to ensure content consistency.
Requirements:
- Strong writing and editing skills in English (Urdu proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to lead and motivate a small team of writers.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with social media trends and content styles.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in content writing, editing, or blogging (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Leadership or team management experience (a plus).
- Passionate about creativity, community building, and impactful storytelling.
