Help shape the visual voice of an international nonprofit.

Nova Ukraine is looking for creative volunteers who can turn complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals across print and digital platforms. As our Volunteer Marketing Designer & Social Media Content Creator, you will help us with marketing efforts by creating content that elevates our brand, strengthens communication, and brings our mission to life.

Your work will directly influence how partners, donors, volunteers, and global audiences understand and connect with Ukraine.

🎯 We need volunteers' help with any of this

• Design & Branding
• Create visual materials for both digital and print use (banners, brochures, reports, presentations).
• Develop clear, consistent designs that strengthen Nova Ukraine’s brand identity.
• Social Media Content Creation
• Create visual content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
• Support social media campaigns with engaging graphics, stories, and visuals.
• Suggest creative ideas for telling stories of our impact and programs.

• Asynchronous-First: We prioritize flexible contribution over fixed schedules. There is no expectation for immediate responses or fixed work hours.

• We use Slack for quick communication, updates, and team connection and Asana for organizing all tasks, projects, and deadlines, allowing you to pick up work that fits your schedule easily.

🎯 What Skills Good To Have

• Experience with design tools such as Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Ability to translate complex information into simple, compelling visuals.
• Understanding of visual storytelling and current social media trends.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• English: Intermediate or above; Ukrainian is highly preferred.
