    About TSW Network™

    The Successful Wives Network is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering wives through personal development, leadership growth, wellness education, and community-building programs. Through cohorts, workshops, and events, we create supportive spaces where women grow spiritually, personally, and professionally.

    Role Overview

    TSW Network is establishing a Finance Committee to support strong financial oversight, transparency, and long-term sustainability. Committee members serve in an advisory capacity, helping leadership maintain responsible financial practices and plan for organizational growth.

    This role is ideal for professionals with financial, accounting, or business experience who want to contribute their expertise to and help shape the future of a growing organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Review financial reports and budget summaries
    • Provide guidance on budgeting and financial planning
    • Support the development of financial policies and controls
    • Offer recommendations for sustainable growth strategies
    • Assist with financial oversight and accountability
    • Help prepare for audits or financial reviews when needed
    • Participate in quarterly virtual committee meetings

    Qualifications

    • Background in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills
    • Commitment to ethical financial stewardship
    • Collaborative and solutions-focused mindset
    • Passion for nonprofit impact and women’s empowerment
    • Prior board or committee experience is a plus (not required)
