    Description

    Resource Development Research and Data Entry Specialist

    Help power our mission from anywhere! As a Resource Development Research and Data Entry Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in strengthening fundraising efforts by researching potential donors, analyzing prospects, and ensuring accurate data management. Your work behind the scenes helps the Red Cross build relationships and secure resources that bring hope and relief to communities in need.

    This role is a virtual opportunity for a resident of CT or RI.

    Responsibilities:

    • Research & Analyze: Conduct research on foundations and individuals to identify potential donors.
    • Data Management: Enter and update information in Salesforce and Raiser's Edge with accuracy.
    • Reporting Support: Produce reports, export data into Excel, and assist with prospect analysis.
    • Ensure Accuracy: Maintain organized records and uphold data integrity for fundraising initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Detail-Oriented: You love accuracy and organization in every task.
    • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and eager to learn Salesforce and Raiser's Edge.
    • Self-Motivated: Able to work independently and complete projects with precision.
    • Time Management Pro: Skilled at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
    • Mission-Driven: Passionate about supporting humanitarian work through resource development.
