Are you looking for a way to bring joy, comfort, and connection to others in your community? We’re currently welcoming compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Volunteers, offering companionship and support to those in need.
As a Direct Volunteer, you’ll have the opportunity to engage in meaningful activities such as:
- Sharing conversation and companionship
- Enjoying crafts, games, and movies together
- Supporting legacy projects and storytelling
- Participating in music and light strolls
Getting started is simple! All that’s needed is:
✅ A volunteer application
✅ Background check
✅ Drug screening
✅ TB testing
Training is self-paced and available remotely or in person, offering flexibility to fit your schedule. Plus, there are opportunities for growth within our programs as you continue your volunteer journey.

Apply to This Volunteer Opportunity
All prospective volunteers must complete a formal application. Based on your interest in either a direct service role (e.g., working directly with clients) or an indirect support role (e.g., administrative or behind-the-scenes assistance), we recommend completing additional self-paced training modules to better prepare for your responsibilities.
Requirements:
Background Check: All volunteers are required to undergo a background screening.
Health Screenings for Direct Roles: Volunteers in direct service roles must also complete:
TB (Tuberculosis) Testing
Drug Screening
